    This is a set of Paintless Dent Repair Tools.  The rubber around the handles are coming apart and there are rust spots along some of the rods.  Some of the tips may need to be reworked.  It’s normal for the rubber handles to peel off on these.  I bought it for from China less than a year ago.  No warranties or returns.
