Celeritech Stainless Steel Headers and Exhaust for Ford GT40

True Equal Length Headers for Ford GT40 and replicas. This header and exhaust was developed for a very special original Ford GT40, racing European tracks. So depending on dB regulations we developed 3 different options. 1 straight pipes, 2 "normal" silencers and 3 an extra set of silencers for tracks with real tight sound regulations.
The cars was 3D scanned and 3D designed, with all the demands (like lengths and diameters) coming from Roush USA as they were building the engine. So this header is the best you can get! Our technique (of which you can all read about on our website: Celeritech) makes it possible to not only design but also make all lengths perfectly equal. This not only gives great benefit in power/torque and tuning the engine, it also ensure the best sound! It really does. All waves come perfectly timed after each other and you really can hear the difference. And last but nor least, this prevents the exhaust of being unnecessary loud. This could save your track day!
The lengths are 35 inches (88.9cm) and 1 7/8 inch (47.625mm) diameter, 18 degree merge slip on collectors and 18 gauge
(1.2mm)
wall thickness (16 and 20 gauge also possible, 0.9 and 1.6mm)
These headers can be made in Mild Steel, Stainless 304 and Inconel
Straight pipes, track silencers and extra silent exhaust are available.
These headers can be made for the original (289 wedge heads) as wel as for High performance heads (with wider spacing for the flange bolts)
